Boys Recreational Gymnastics: Ages 6 - 18
The Boys Recreational Program consists of 3 progressive levels: Beginner (Concepts and Development), Intermediate and Advanced gymnastics. Each level teaches specific elements and goals for achievement. Our supportive staff keep classes progressive, all while ensuring a fun and rewarding experience. The goal for each child is to experience success and individual accomplishment with each new skill they master.
Weekly lesson plans build confidence through gymnastics on six Olympic events; vault, high bar, parallel bars, rings, pommel horse and floor exercise, as well as trampoline. The Boy’s Program enhances flexibility, coordination, strength, endurance, and overall body awareness throughout each level . With continual evaluation, instructors track each student’s progress and skill development. Parents stay informed through the JackRabbit portal.
