Maine Academy of Gymnastics POLICIES

1) ABSENCES:
Classes are not refundable but absences or classes missed due to holidays can be made up at any time during the session if scheduled through the office. Adjustments are possible in case of injury or extended illness.

2) INCLEMENT WEATHER:
We do not necessarily close with the school systems due to bad weather. Please call 856-0232 one hour prior to class for an update. Should class be canceled, a make up class may be taken at no charge if scheduled through the office.

3) REGISTRATION FEE:
A $35.00 annual registration fee is charged to each participant. In addition, a completed registration form with signed waiver must be turned in prior to attending first class.

All classes are non-refundable. Credits will be honored for 6 months.

4) TUITION PAYMENT:
To keep costs low, we do not send invoices. Payment in full is due by the first day of class.
A 10% late fee will be charged after 10 days. In extreme circumstances, payment arrangements can be made. Prior session must be paid in full before attending a new session. We accept check, cash, debit cards, MasterCard, VISA and Discover.

5) DISCOUNTS:
We offer a 20% discount for additional family members, with no charge for the fourth child. In addition, any child attending a second class per week receives a 20% discount on the second class. Annual Registration fee is not discounted.

6) OBSERVATION:
With the exception of Open Gym and First Flight, parental viewing is limited to our observation areas.

7) LATE STARTS:
Students may begin class at any time during a session on a space available basis. Tuition will be prorated.

8) CLOTHING:
Leotards are recommended for girls, shorts and T-shirts or sweats for boys. Long hair should be tied back and please remember: No jewelry, tights, socks or gum.
