The Maine Academy boys program consists of 3 progressive recreational levels: Level 1 (Concepts and Development and Beginner Level Gymnastics), Level 2- Intermediate level gymnastics, and Level 3 (Advanced level gymnastics). Each level contains specific elements and achievement levels based on USA Gymnastics guidelines. Boys recreational gymnastics is defined to benefit boys in any sport they choose as it enhances, flexibility, coordination, strength, endurance, and overall body awareness. Gymnastics is an excellent compliment for any sport.
Our boys recreational gymnastics program is to be a fun and rewarding experience for all students. Each student learns gymnastics at a different rate; therefore, the coaches continuously evaluate students to ensure the student is in the appropriate class level and celebrate in the achievements made by each student. Our parents stay informed through progress reports in the middle and at the end of each session.
